• Overall energy concepts – preliminary analysis of the possible systems with a view to minimizing initial investments and securing optimum comfort of use of buildings.

• Investment design under the Energy Efficiency part – designs are prepared in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 7.

• Project compatibility assessment/reports under the Energy Efficiency part pursuant to Article 169, paragraph 1, item 6 of the Bulgarian Spatial Planning Act.

• Drawing up of energy performance certifications – of new buildings prior to putting them into operation or as a part of technical certifications of buildings that serve as a basis for issuing habitation permits therefor.

• Detailed energy efficiency surveying and certification of buildings in operation – this aims at establishing energy consumption levels, identifying specific options for its reduction, verifying if the requirements of Article 15, paragraph 2 of the Energy Efficiency Act have been complied with and at recommending measures to enhance energy efficiency. Energy efficiency certification of buildings verifies the current energy consumption status of buildings, their energy features and the conformity thereof to the scale of energy consumption classes according to the Ordinance under Article 31, paragraph 3 of the Energy Efficiency Act. Energy efficiency certification of buildings is performed after energy efficiency surveying has been carried out as provided in Ordinance No. 16-1594 of 13 November 2013 on energy efficiency surveying, certification and assessment of energy saving of buildings.
